Notre Dame Couldn't Come Back to Beat Georgia, but Its Outlook Is Still Encouraging

Notre Dame was never going to make the College Football Playoff this year. So while its one-point home loss to Georgia is a hard one to swallow, it doesn't mean the Irish aren't on track to improve from 2016's debacle.
